BALLOT
Your chapter of CAMB is requesting
nominations for the position of Board Director to
serve for the year 2008-2009. There may be more than
one opening on the Board and multiple nominations
are being solicited. Self-nomination is acceptable.
Completed ballots must be returned by April 11, 2008.
Chapter
Board Director Eligibility and Term of Office
1.
Board of Directors must be current CAMB members
in
good
standing. All membership classifications are
eligible to serve on the board.
2.
Term of officer is one year. Directors may be
elected to serve successive terms if they choose
to stand for election.
3.
After one year, a director may be selected by
the then-standing Board to serve as an Officer:
President-elect, Vice President, Secretary,
or Treasurer.
4.
Nominees must indicate by their signature below
that they are willing to stand for election,
and to serve on the Board if elected.
5.
Nominators must be current CAMB members in good
standing and may be of any classification of
membership.
